Terms and Conditions 

• All terms and conditions are to be read carefully before placing any order. 
• Please use the online order form to place your requests. 
• Delivery in all cities except Jammu & Kashmir and North-East States of India.
• Email us for International delivery, specifying the item & delivery address. Shipping charges & payment procedure will be provided to you after getting your address.
• Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
• Prices are exclusive of shipping charges. Shipping Charges are added once the order is confirmed.
• Please furnish complete name, detailed address and the telephone number of the recipient while placing the order.
• Delivery will be made as per the address specified in the order form.
• venubai-mango.com will not be held responsible for non Delivery or misdelivery due to incorrect information. 
• The addressee will acknowledge all deliveries at the time of receipt.
• In case of Gifts, payment will be accepted by cheque, Demand Draft or Cash On Delivery(C.O.D.). 
• C.O.D. facility for gifts is available only for Mumbai. In this case we will collect the amount from Billing Addressee & then the gift will be delivered at the specified shipping address.
• Cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of "M/S. Venubai Vithal Morde".
• In case of Cheque payment, delivery will subject after realisation of Cheque.
• In case of Gift, e-mail replies will be sent to the client as proof of delivery, after getting delivery proof from the courier company.
• venubai-mango.com will make all attempts to deliver gifts on the desired date. However, in case of a national holiday or a government holiday, we will deliver the gift a day after the holiday. However, any delay will not entitle the user to any damages or compensation. 
• venubai-mango.com will not be held liable for damage in the quality of the perishable items in circumstances where the addressee is not available or delivery is delayed due to incomplete address. 
• We can deliver on the dates mentioned by you. Please use the "Ordering Instructions"  box which appears on the shopping cart.
• Delivery  is on third working day in metro cities and sixth working day in all other cities excluding Sundays and public holidays.
